Architect designed villa

On the road to the beaches, in a residential area close to all amenities, vast and beautiful villa having undergone a complete refurbishment under the watchful eye of a renowned architect, assisted by equally qualified craftsmen. Thus and on the basis of a traditional construction with concrete frame, masonry roof and total basement, the partitions were knocked down, the walls and ceilings doubled and the materials selected with as much care as taste, until obtaining an open-plan living room, bathed in light and the real center of a contemporary interior: BULTHAUP kitchen, ducted reversible air conditioning, aluminum joinery, gas heating, 60X60 stoneware, parquet, etc.
